Composite restorations are tooth coloured fillings that are glued into the teeth. They look more natural and are matched to the tooth colour. They have good strength in small to medium restorations in most locations. They are also a cheaper option to help protect decayed teeth whilst looking natural. They can wear over time and may need maintenance with polishing or repair but this can all be done in the dental surgery in most cases.
